While we strive for 100% accuracy, admission is subject to merit, government regulations, and college seat matrices.

2. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate personal and academic information for counselling purposes.
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of our E-books or proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• The advice provided is for informational purposes; students are encouraged to cross-verify with official MCC/NMC notifications.

3. Payment and Fees

All payments made via our website are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to provide valid credit/debit card or UPI details. The fees for e-books and consultancy sessions are non-negotiable and are subject to the Refund Policy of the company.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, e-book data, and video insights, is the intellectual property of Chopra Education. No part of this website may be used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chopra Education shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the student/parent based on our guidance. Admission is a competitive process, and we do not guarantee a seat in any specific college as it depends on the student’s NEET rank and the counselling process conducted by government authorities.

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Srimadhopur.
