At Chopra Education, we are committed to providing unparalleled expertise in NEET UG & PG counselling. We take immense pride in our data accuracy and mentorship quality. To maintain transparency with our students and parents, we have outlined our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below.

1. Digital Products (Counselling E-Books)

Our E-books are specialized digital resources containing proprietary data, cut-off analysis, and seat matrices. Since these products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase:

All sales of E-books are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the download link has been generated or delivered to the user.

2. Personalized Counselling Services

For our personalized mentorship and consultancy sessions:

Before Service Commencement: If a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, a refund may be processed after a 20% administrative and payment gateway fee deduction.
After Service Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the personalized counselling session has been conducted or a customized college preference list has been shared with the student.

3. Duplicate or Error-Based Payments

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment (amount deducted twice for the same service), the excess amount will be refunded in full.

Refunds for duplicate transactions are processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) through our payment partner, Razorpay.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request for duplicate payments or eligible service cancellations, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]
1. Full Name of Student
2. Transaction Date
3. Screenshot of Payment Confirmation
4. Reason for Request
